Showing Agent Opportunity – Greater Detroit
Join a top-producing real estate team in the Greater Detroit area and learn to build your business with hands on support, proven systems, and rewarding commissions. We are looking for a licensed and motivated Showing Agent who wants to gain real world experience, strengthen client relationships, and create long term success in real estate.
As a Showing Agent, you will support buyer showings, assist with lead generation activities, and guide clients through their home search. You will receive structured coaching, weekly training sessions, and one on one mentorship from experienced professionals who will help you develop confidence, sharpen your communication skills, and open escrows efficiently.
This opportunity is ideal for someone who is passionate about real estate, eager to learn, and ready to grow within a supportive and energetic environment. Candidates must hold an active real estate license or be enrolled in approved pre licensing coursework.
First year earning potential when hitting goals: $160,000+

Responsibilities:
• Provide buyer clients access to homes under contract as needed for measuring, inspecting, etc. so process is done in a timely manner
• Promptly return all buyer client telephone calls, texts and emails to uphold our agency’s standards of client service
• Identify homes to show that meet buyers’ needs and budgets to help make more sales
• Coordinate with clients, listing agents and home sellers to schedule showings on a timely basis
• Work with buyer clients to refine their needs and wants based on seeing homes and then show them additional homes that meet those criteria
• Lead follow-up
• Follow the team plan
• Sales Scripts mastery
Qualifications:
• Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision
• Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease
• Driven, motivated and desires professional growth
• Real Estate License Required
• Superb communication
