Senior NetSuite Functional Consultant

The Senior NetSuite Functional Consultant is responsible for leading and delivering NetSuite implementations and optimization projects. This role requires a deep understanding of NetSuite functionalities and best practices to provide expert advice and solutions to clients. The Senior NetSuite Functional Consultant works closely with clients to gather requirements, configure NetSuite solutions, and ensure successful deployment and adoption of the platform. This role also involves mentoring junior consultants and contributing to the overall growth and success of the consulting team.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provide support to the NetSuite Solutions Consultant in providing accurate estimate, tailor fit to the business requirements of potential clients
• Provide support to the NetSuite Practice lead in crafting Scope of Work for potential and existing clients
• Lead the end-to-end implementation, optimization and managed services for NetSuite projects, working closely with clients to understand their unique business processes and configuring NetSuite to align with their needs.
• Provide expert guidance on NetSuite best practices, offering strategic insights to optimize system performance, scalability, and efficiency.
• Cultivate strong client relationships by effectively communicating with stakeholders, understanding their business objectives, and ensuring NetSuite solutions meet and exceed expectations as well as handling client escalations, as needed
• Conduct comprehensive training sessions for end-users, fostering user adoption and ensuring clients are equipped to maximize the benefits of NetSuite. Offer ongoing support to address queries and troubleshoot issues.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement custom solutions, integrations, and enhancements to extend NetSuite functionality.
• Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, goals, deliverables, resources, timelines, and budget requirements.
• Lead and motivate project teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and a positive work environment. Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to team members as needed; Proactively interacts through in person and remote meetings as well as phone/email communications to key prospects up to and including C-level executives.
• Keep abreast of NetSuite updates, industry trends, and emerging technologies to provide informed recommendations, ensuring our solutions remain at the forefront of innovation.
• Other tasks and responsibilities not included in the above but may be necessary in performing the roles of a Senior Functional Consultant
