Job Description



NBCUniversal is looking for a Screening Rooms and Special Event Coordinator to join our Studio Operations Marketing and Special Events Team in Universal City, California! In this role, you will serve as the central liaison between StudioPost, Clients, and Studio Operations to ensure the successful execution of screenings and special events.

What you’ll do…

  • Coordinate Studio Operations support needs for Screening Rooms bookings, including security, parking, signage, AV, stage furniture, check-in tables, power, and janitorial services.
  • Work closely with the StudioPost team regarding screening room schedules
  • Partner with on-lot catering to arrange and confirm concessions for screenings.
  • Cross-reference Screening Rooms Calendar and Special Events Calendar to identify concurrent events and ensure smooth guest entry and traffic flow.
  • Provide on-site support for screenings and events as assigned.
  • Coordinate holds and bookings for all Special Events venues. 
  • Coordinate internal tabletop and Paseo activations.
  • Oversee vendor Certificates of Insurance (COIs), ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date annually.
  • Distribute weekly events calendar and bi-weekly production reports.
  • Manage the Special Events phone line and field related inquiries.
  • Manage the Vice President’s travel arrangements and expense reports.
  • Serve as department Finance back-up: processing invoices, P-Card receipts, vendor setups, and credit card transactions.

What You Must Have:

  • Required On-Site : This position is required to be performed full-time from an NBCUniversal-designated worksite.

This position is eligible for company sponsored benefits, including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and a variety of other discounts and perks.
