Amergis is currentlyseeking experienced Interventional Radiology RNs for LOCAL assignments in Baltimore, MD!
Position Details:
Contract Length: 13 wks
Number of Openings: 1
Start Date: 11/24 (or 3 weeks from submission)
Hours/Shifts/Schedules: 40 hrs/wk, Days
*On-call for weekends and over nights
Setting/Day to day
+ 7:30am-4:00pm
+ EMR: EPIC
Requirements
+ 3+ yrs of IR/Cath Lab/ ICU experience REQUIRED
+ BLS, ACLS REQUIRED
+ MD RN License or Compact RN License in hand
+ Neuro IR experience REQUIRED
An Interventional Radiology Nurse is a specialized RN whoassists the physician with medical imaging such as MRIs, ultrasounds orX-rays. The RN - InterventionalRadiology is responsible for patient care during the entire process, includingthe initial assessment, the plan of care, administering medication, checkingfor lab results, and reviewing the patient's medical history.
Minimum Requirements:
+ Current Registered Nurse License for the state in which thenurse practices.
+ One year experience in Interventional Radiology preferred
+ Current CPR if applicable
+ TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
+ Current Health certificate (per contract or stateregulation)
+ Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
+ Must be at least 18 years of age
