Job Description

Wilde’s is a neighborhood restaurant in Los Feliz serving seasonally focused and ingredient-driven food.

We’re looking for a Prep Cook to join our BOH team. 

Responsibilities

• Daily prep for café and restaurant service (sauces, stocks, dressings, vegetables etc)
• Assisting and supporting line and pastry cooks with mise en place and organization
• Maintaining clean and organized storage areas (including fridges with market produce and proteins)
• Following proper labeling, storage, and food safety standards

Applicant Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a professional kitchen 
• A genuine love of cooking and an eagerness to learn
• Solid base of culinary fundamentals
• Ability to work cleanly, stay organized and handle the pace of service
• Team-oriented mindset
• Interest in seasonal produce
