Nuclear Energy Opportunity Overview: Nuclear Principal Electrical/I&C Engineer position based in Jensen Beach, FL. This is an 8-month contract assignment.(W-2) You will provide real-time Plant supports on new issues, also, Proficiency in Engineer Change preparation and verification. You will have previous experience in Electrical/Instrumentation & Control Design engineering and will work independently to respond to station immediate needs. You will support station outages and may support other fleet locations during outages or emergent needs. You will be asked to work full time on site collaborating with other Engineers on design change projects. You will report to the onsite Manager. Responsible for engineering tasks requiring nuclear plant engineering experience and application of engineering principles. Perform complex engineering tasks that require experience with nuclear industry standards and regulations. Your Day-to-Day:

• You will work on engineering tasks with guidance
• Provide technical support and consultation
• Apply nuclear industry standards and regulations
• Support design preparation and verification activities
• Help with station outages and emergent issues
• Support maintenance rule applicability and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with other Engineers on design change projects
• Facilitate technical drawings and documentation
• May support other fleet locations during outages or emergent needs
• Perform other job-related responsibilities as assigned

Who You Are:

• Bachelor's degree - Engineering
• Experience: 12+ years
• Nuclear Experience: 8+ years
• Previous experience in Electrical/I&C Design engineering
• Willing to work flexible schedules including outages
• Knowledge of regulatory and industry standards and codes

The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $82.00/hr. to $87.00/hr.
