We are looking for a Board-Certified Internal Medicine Physician DO or MD who will thrive in both inpatient and outpatient settings with our medical group in Trenton, MI conveniently located 30 minutes south of Detroit. This is an opportunity to be part of a dedicated team shaping the future of healthcare in our community. Youll work alongside experienced PAs, NPs, MAs, and dedicated support staff to bring quality care with an emphasis on population health, preventative care, and maximizing patient outcomes, not just volume. This is a split role with clinic and inpatient hospital care (weekend coverage avg 1-1.5x|month)

We are an independently owned and operated leading internal medicine practice in Trenton, MI, with hospital admitting privileges at 2 local Hospitals. For over 10 years, our providers have been helping our community, providing them with the highest level of care. We are a Patient-Centered Medical Home within a value-based care framework, and our clinic serves as a teaching site for internal medicine residents, medical students, and advanced practice providers (PA and NP). We offer support for growth potential with opportunities to expand your patient base and develop service lines at nearby hospitals.
Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive preventive and value-based care.
Instruct and mentor Internal Medicine residents, medical students, and advanced practice providers.
Inpatient (hospital rounds) and outpatient care
Documentation timely and accurate. Complete notes so we can bill encounters timely
Full participation with quality programs mandated by our enrollment.
Weekend and nighttime call duties (on rotation with other providers)
Qualifications:
Board-certified or board-eligible Internal Medicine Physician (DO or MD)
Licensed to practice in MI
Keen interest in teaching and faculty development.
Demonstrated experience or training in value-based care (ACO, PCMH, MSSP, CCM)
Salary (range):
$280k - $320k plus merit-based bonus compensation (uncapped value-based bonuses)
