**1st Shift Forklift Operator Paying $19.50/hr** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated general production worker with open availability between 7 am and 7 pm. Typical shifts are from 6 am to 2:30 pm or 7 am to 3:30 pm, with Saturday availability between 6 am and 10 am as needed. The ability to start at 7 am is crucial for the duration of our move from Carrollton, TX to our new location in Grand Prairie, TX. This role requires a commitment to long days and consistent attendance during this transitional period. We are looking for someone interested in a position that could lead to long-term or permanent employment. Adherence to our strict attendance policy is mandatory. **Responsibilities** + Operate an order picker (cherry picker), reach truck, and sit-down forklift. + Perform inventory management and material handling tasks. + Pick, load, and pack orders efficiently. + Use RF scanner for accurate inventory tracking. + Handle shipping, receiving, and unloading tasks. + Perform cycle counts and stock management. + Ensure warehouse operations run smoothly, including labeling, palletizing, and stocking. + Comply with all safety guidelines and procedures. **Essential Skills** + Experience in forklift operation, including reach truck and cherry picker. + Proficiency in inventory management and order picking. + Ability to operate sit-down forklift and pallet jack. + Familiarity with RF scanner technology. + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in a warehouse or distribution environment. + Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual labor. + Strong work ethic and punctuality. **Why Work Here?** Join a team that values long-term growth and professional development.
