Position Overview:

We are looking for an energetic, dependable, and detail-oriented Events Staff professional to join our team ASAP . This role focuses on supporting the coordination, setup, and execution of daily event activities across various partnered venues. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, staying organized, and contributing to smooth, well-run events.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with event setup, breakdown, and overall site preparation.

• Greet attendees, provide event information, and support a positive guest experience.

• Help monitor event areas to maintain cleanliness, safety, and professionalism.

• Address attendee questions and direct them to the appropriate team member when needed.

• Maintain punctuality, reliability, and a strong sense of teamwork throughout each event.

• Follow all company procedures and contribute to a supportive event environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred.

• Strong communication and customer-service abilities.

• A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to adapt quickly.

• Comfortable standing, walking, and working in fast-paced environments.

• Reliable transportation to local event locations.
