Position Overview
Stellina Pizzeria is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Event Coordinator to manage
private dining experiences, group reservations, and special events. The ideal candidate is
hospitality-driven, proactive, and able to execute seamless events from initial inquiry
through post-event follow-up.

Key Responsibilities
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all private event inquiries with prompt and
professional communication.
• Manage the full event lifecycle — inquiry, proposal, contract, planning, and post-event
follow-up.
• Create and manage event proposals, BEOs, and contracts in Tripleseat (training will be
provided).
• Coordinate event logistics with internal teams to ensure accurate execution.
• Maintain an organized pipeline of leads, holds, and confirmed events.
• Schedule and conduct site visits, menu consultations, and event walkthroughs.
• Work with management to create tailored menus, floor plans, and event setups.
• Ensure accurate billing, payment processing, and compliance with event policies.
• Provide exceptional guest service to support repeat business.
• Assist with community events, restaurant promotions, and partnership activations as
needed.

Qualifications
• 1–2 years of experience in event coordination, hospitality, or restaurant events preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable managing multiple events and deadlines simultaneously.
• Working knowledge of Tripleseat is a plus; training will be provided.
• Flexible availability, including some evenings and weekends.
• Passion for hospitality, food, and creating memorable guest experiences.

This is a salaried position with commission.
