We are seeking a Busser to join our James Beard award winning team at one of our D.C Michelin starred restaurants: Rose’s Luxury, Little Pearl, and Pineapple and Pearls, and Extra Fancy, our international events company.

Qualifications and skills: 

Our ideal candidate will be hospitality-focused with a background in service. They will be dependable, motivated to learn, committed to working as a team member, possess excellent communication skills, and will be willing and able to provide our guests with authentically warm service each night.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently between guests
• Refill water glasses and assist with beverage service as needed
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including floors, chairs, and service stations
• Support servers and bartenders by delivering food, condiments, or additional items to guests
• Work collaboratively with hosts, servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure a smooth and seamless dining experience for all guests.
